Living with a centered soul
Ayurveda does not treat the body, mind, and soul as separate entities but as interconnected aspects of an individual's overall health. By addressing imbalances in one area, it naturally influences and heals the others. The holistic approach ensures that treatments are comprehensive, promoting harmony and well-being at all levels including our energetic bodies.
Why Ayurveda...
-
Harmonizing Doshas and Hormones
Harmonizing the doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) and balancing hormones through personalized diet, lifestyle, and herbal remedies is crucial for living a healthy and fulfilling life. Ensuring balance of your hormones and your Doshas are a top priority of Ayurvedic practices.
-
Restoring Natural Functions
Ayurvedic protocols restore the body's natural functions by emphasizing regular sleep schedules, aligned routines, and intuitive eating practices. To strengthen the digestive system, we utilizes digestive spices like ginger and cumin, and encourages practices like drinking warm water, tea and milks. We will also be learning about how to design our lives in perfect alignment with our individual Doshic constitution.
-
Reliving Stress
Ayurveda helps to strengthen your relationship with yourself, thus, build a resilient nervous system and safety from within. When you are able to be fully embodied through Ayurvedic practices you will gain the wisdom to know the exact tools needed for you, to remain in a healthy resilient state.
